Daily Log 4/11/12

I’m TRYING the master cleanse where you drink a lemon juice-syrup-cayenne pepper-water concoction. I’m doing it for 3 days max because I have to go to the city with my mom Saturday, but I think it will be a good boost to eating light and healthy.

Not only will it keep your body looking good but your skin as well!

miley cyrus is such an inspiration. not only to work out and eat healthy but to be a better person. she seems like such a fun and loving person who really believes in doing the right thing. people i personally know give her so much flak for dressing “slutty,” her tattoos, and that salvia video that went out, but seriously who cares? showing skin and smoking doesnt make you a bad person, and her tattoos are meaningful AND beautiful.

plus shes fucking gorgeous.

Daily Log 4/7/12

Had such a shitty day yesterday where all i  did was lay in bed and watch vampire diaries. Today i woke up late but I did 45 minutes of pilates. I still feel gross and shitty so right now I’ve got a mask on my face and I’m drinking green tea with milk and honey.

To do:

  • face mask
  • shower
  • exfoliate
  • shave legs, arms, bikini area
  • tidy up room
  • vacuum!
